congratulations class of 2025!
You've worked hard and accomplished so much. Before the ceremonies and parties and celebrations, schedule a graduate photo session with me! We'll spend time meandering around the beautiful campus that you've called home, photographing you in this moment, to commemorate this milestone. Plan on mixing up your outfit choices with formal and casual wear, with the cap and gown thrown into the mix too. These will be archival worthy images that will be shared and treasured by posterity and future generations!
What to Expect
We'll spend the time needed for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera. I'll tell you exactly how to pose, and you might hear me say, "If it feels weird, it looks good." I also love working with groups of graduates, and it's a great way to make the cost of a photo shoot more affordable. If you're scheduling for a group, we will do a combination of group shots and individual shots for everyone in your group.

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due at booking to secure your scheduled time, with the remainder due prior to the day of your photo session.

FAQ
What's the best time of day for my photo shoot?
For sunny days during the spring and summer, I recommend scheduling your photo session 30 minutes before sunset. However, I can work with any available light, any time of day!
Can you do champagne bottle pop photos?
Absolutely! These are always the last photos I do for groups and individuals, and it's a fun way to cap off the session! I've done plenty of these photos, so I'll coach you on what to do, and, maybe more importantly, what not to do. :-)
Can I bring a moral support person?
Yes! Inviting a parent, mentor, friend, or family member to be there with you to hype you up during your session and help hold your cap and gown is a great idea, and can sometimes help if you're nervous in front of the camera. It's always nice to have a familiar face to cheer you on!
Can I squeeze my friend into a few photos at my session?
Sure! If you'd like to share your session time by incorporating a friend or two into a few of the shots, I don't mind. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to this, but if they'd like individual photos, too, the fee is $75 per each additional person.
I have a specific type of shot I want to recreate, can you do that?
More than likely, yes! Just send me an example of the shot you'd like to recreate, and we'll do our best.
Do I have to have all of my photos done at the same place?
Not necessarily! It's always fun to mix things up by doing some photos on campus, and other photos elsewhere (Reynolda Gardens, downtown, athletic arenas, etc). If you'd like to shoot in more than one location, I'd recommend requesting additional time for an additional fee when you book your session. Your 1-hour session includes any time it takes to travel to a different location. I'm happy to add more time to your session for an additional fee, as my schedule allows!

Do you only do graduate sessions for Wake Forest University?
I offer graduate sessions for any college or university student! A travel fee applies to locations 20 miles outside of Winston-Salem, NC.
